PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur

The location is superb. You can avoid the hustle bustle of Bukit Bintang and yet stay very close to heart of the city. Restaurant, convenience store, malls everything can be found at 5-6 minutes walking distance. We also needed the space for a comfortable stay with parents and our toddler- who had the most fun staying indoors during rain/ at night. We never missed our home thanks to all the amenities we got there. Washing clothes, cooking meals, having a family style dinner with our grab delivery was very helpful. We also got fresh towels, linens, kitchen and room cleaned everyday so no complaints there. Also loved the check in and check out process ( we called from the airport and got our rooms 2 hours before usual time) and the friendly bellboy (Mr. Emadul) and the guard.

The coffee shops with halal food just in front of the hotel and 24hrs convenient store. Location is near to Bukit Bintang. If u know the shortcuts its accessible by walking.

We loved our stay at ParkRoyal Services suites. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Spacious rooms - well equipped kitchen, good coffee and tea options in the room. Breakfast was good for us. The staff were helpful and courteous. The pool located at the top floor is amazing. The hotel is at a walking distance to all places we had planned to go - bar and food street nearby, malls at walking distance (we did not need any public transport - except airport). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location and the size of the apartments are amazing with a view of the KL tower from ours and the roof top pool with a view of the petronas towers and city. The staff are welcoming and friendly with great hospitality and help when you need, having great local knowledge. The door security guys are most helpful and always friendly when you ask where to go for whatever it is you need. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, spacious and with good facilities. It is walking distance to some of the best food in KL with the streets full of hawker and traditional Malaysian cuisine. The breakfast menu is fantastic with both Asian and western cuisines offered but is busy so get in early. The rooftop pool is clean and with some great views with a hot and cold spa and plenty of sunbeds. As a family of four with two teenagers this was perfect for our stay in KL. Most definitely worth the stay when in KL.
